Things that customers love to hear, how to survive networking events, fab productivity tips and a hint: you are never too small.
1. Are you secretly a bit scared of networking events? Yes. Oh me too. I’m fine once I find someone to talk to but that first couple of minutes can be so tough! Here are six great ways to survive (and enjoy!) a networking event and no, pretending to talk on your phone isn’t one of them!
2. Here are some things that customers like to hear. The first three are kinda like remembering your pleases and thank- yous. But the seven after are very good for even the smallest business. I think delivering on time is a biggie. Do you?!
3. Do you check your email first thing in the morning? I do. Or should I say, I did. I’m giving this a try. Fancy joining me?
